Rock Up & Ride for adults @ Cuningar Loop

Join us for some cycling fun in the park! We will be leading guided rides around some of the local cycling infrastructure in and around Cuningar Loop.

Our rides are led by qualified Ride Leaders and are suitable for all abilities*. A great way to discover new routes and build your cycle confidence with likeminded people!

If you’re keen to explore the local area on shared paths and cycle lanes, get involved!

Booking is essential. 

You are welcome to bring your own bike, but please make sure it is in a roadworthy condition prior to joining the group. No bike? No problem! We have suitable bikes, helmets and hi-vis vests to borrow for the duration of the ride.

*participants must be over 18 and able to ride a bike.
